Job Description
:- Looking for a Diploma / BE Civil with 1-3 years of experience who could conduct occasional site visits, has professional working proficiency in English language and understands basic computer operations (MS Excel and its functions, MS Word, extensive online search). Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Creation of Valuation Report by gathering data from surveyors, using market searches and joint discussions. Candidate must be self motivated to find property rates by their own means
- Conducting site visits on need basis
- Help maintain relations with existing clients and create new ones
- Peer Review of valuation reports
- Maintaining a database of reports
- Health insurance
- Life insurance
- Provident Fund
- Day shift
- Yearly bonus
- Property Valuer: 1 year (Preferred)
- Real Estate: 1 year (Preferred)
