TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

• Train development team in utilizing development tools (e.g., GitHub) and able to work out issues internally

with them.

• Communicate barriers/issues from the development team and propose solutions.
• Set up code reviewing processes and standards across all the development teams, including.
• Ensuring code quality is up to the standards.
• Working out PRs assignment to ensure a balance between quality and throughput.
• Work with the PMs to ensure each PR is a complete set of features requested from ticket(s). No partial

completion.

• Work with the PM to schedule QA tests for each release across all the projects.
• Collaborate with international team/client on different working hours when required.
• 5+ years, experience leading and managing engineering teams.
• Hands-on programming experience in one of the following: Java, Python or Typescript.Proficient in handling the most complex of technical development concepts, latest software tools and technologies, strong database concepts and designing techniques.
• Good to have experience in any Cloud technologies like AWS, Devops, Networking, Data Science, Artificial

Intelligence and IOS etc.

• Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various

compatibility requirements.MANAGEMENT SKILLS

• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients
• Understand project requirements, coordinate with resources and direct the projects in the right direction

in a timely manner

• Ability to manage change and effectively pass on the information down the line to concerned teams for

smoother execution

• Delegate and allocate responsibilities efficiently to manage projects end to end

• Effectively lead teams and inspire others to achieve goals through innovation, quality and excellence
• Ability to identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and suitably make changes if required
• Resource management skills and ability to handle complex / sensitive issues
