Comprehensive benefits scheme such as W3F (Work, Wellbeing, Welfare) Fund for courses, materials, personal health and wellbeing Work from home benefit Quarterly recognition program and long service reward Career growth and personal development scheme You will have the advance to influence and drive the changes, at Knorex we welcome good ideas and accept any possibility to make our company great We offer great learning opportunities, you will have exposure in cutting edge performance marketing and advertising technology Opportunity to work cross-country and with variety of projects of a different nature Requirements Total working experience should be 7-10 years Plan, organize and develop new ideas/features for our dynamic ads platform Work with other members to develop and integrate new features including other third-party systems and plugins into our platform Document and maintain software functionalities Evaluate and identify new technologies for implementation and incorporation Communicate with our business and product heads to understand clients\' requirements Respond and follow up to incorporate feedback and draw new insights Prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines Tech Must Have : Backend - Java, Springboot, MySQL Frontend - ReactJS, Javascript, HTML , CSS, Bootstrap, Redux + redux-saga, react-router General - git , Bitbucket Tech Desirable Backend - Hibernate, NodeJS, MongoDB, Some experience with ELK Stack Frontend - Storybook, bit.dev Management Must Have : At least 3-5 years of experience managing a software team At least 3-4 years of experience as a developer before managing a software team Hands-on manager desired: 70% tech development, 30% management Experience working with Jira Experience working with Agile methodologies (Kanban, Scrum, FDD, Lean, etc) Experience working with Continuous Delivery and a Deployment Pipeline Excellent English skills, both oral and written Great focus on the constant delivery of features and requests Ability to work under pressure and on short deadlines Ability to pivot and change priorities often and on short notice Ability to have a solid overview of a big number of features at any given time Excellent at working with other teams, providing leadership, guidance, and clear communication Management Desirable : Experience working with Jenkins Knowledge of advertising concepts/digital marketing Benefits Ample opportunities to grow.
