Senior Technical Resource responsible for leading the technical delivery of the project. Will take accountability of Solution architecture, HLD, LLD and Development of MES Solutions for various industry verticals on Rockwell FTPC platform. Will also have customer management responsibility from a technical perspective.

DO

Deliver & execute the assigned task / assignment with quality and customer satisfaction and on time delivery. Keep improving self engineering capabilities and exchange best practice with other team members to improve team's capabilities. Technical implementation in whole life cycle of project delivery on Rockwell FTPC (Development, Testing, Site Commissioning, post go live Support). Lead team of Sr. Engineer / Project Engineers to implement the project tasks, Project Engineer, Software development, testing and Site Implementation. Work with Customer, GPTC, SME's and project Manager to clarify technical issues & lead Solutions. Optimize solution design and development cycle by close interactions with Project Manager, Customer Representative and delivery team Work closely with customer & PM to achieve customer acceptance. Demonstrate application & technical expertise to achieve repeat order in account and retain customer satisfaction.

OVERSEE

Ensure optimal solution design Work with development team to create FDS and detailed design specifications Implement the FTPC solution at site and ensure smooth go live Root Cause analysis and solutions for issues and ensure timely closure Identify and develop new reusable application / codes / modules.

Job related competencies

Strong Implementation and architecture knowledge of Rockwell MES Platforms (FTPC, JAVA, FTVP), PTC ThingWorx, PlantPAx & Integrated Architecture. Expertise in solution design and development on FTPC Platform including integrations to ERP and L2 automation layer Good knowledge of Industry 4.0 and IoT concepts Good knowledge on Auto, Tyre, Consumer Goods and Pharmaceutical Industry Applications. Understanding of GAMP 5 documentation & Implementing CSV Process. Leading and Knowledge of Industry Engineering Standards on S88, GAMP, IEC. RA tools of GEMS, ACM, NEWS, and others as appropriate. Work closely with Project Manager on controlling cost, Schedule, and quality. Work with sales to support in pre-sales activities as per needs. Assign and track deliverable to team and meet project schedule. Develop / Coach resources with specialization as per industry demands, evaluate resources, do merit and appraisal reviews for direct reporters. Works with PM to get sign-off / customer acceptance on the solution delivered. Identifies any required changes and route them through change management process with the help of PM

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, electronics & communication, Instrumentation or Electrical. engineering. 10 - 15 years' experience in Solution design , Development, Support of MES Applications on Rockwell FTPC / FTPS , PTC Thingworx, Java Technical knowledge on Java and related technologies also pnuts scripting Good experience in integrating MES Solutions with ERP and L2 systems Good technical skills on database MS SQL Server / Oracle, including performance tuning
