Who We Are Looking For:
AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Technical Lead - AEM
Technical Lead - AEM will be part of the Customer Experience DevOps development organization. The Digital Customer Experience program is a major strategic investment that will transform our customer experience by offering a digital experience that is distinctive and superior in the industry. Adobe Experience Manager is a strategic platform to host AGCO global commercial websites, serve assets and strategic applications also for the DCX Program.
What You Will Do:

• 
  Administer and support websites and content management using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
• Administer components, templates, dialogs, and workflows using the AEM architecture (Sling, CRX,OSGI, JCR)
• Solid knowledge of Jenkins or GitHub Enterprise or Azure DevOps Pipelines
• Hands-on experience with AWS
• Translate business requirements into AEM implementations
• Collaborate with Architects and Business on finetuning requirements
• Administer and improve internal development methodologies
• Automate deployment and management of AEM services
• Contribute to the evolving architecture of our services to meet changing requirements for scaling, reliability, performance, manageability, and price
• Document designs and procedures for building and managing AEM clusters
• Serve as a technical advisor to developers, QA, and project managers

What You Will Bring:

• 
  Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in relevant disciplines
• 6+ years professional experience of supporting enterprise web applications
• 3+ years AEM related work experience
• Nice to have: experience with Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service
• Experience using one or more of the following programming languages: Java, JavaScript, Python
• Comfortable with data exchange protocols like JSON and XML
• Experience in managing containerized solutions (Docker, AWS CloudFormation)
• Adept knowledge of Git, Unix/Linux, Bash Scripting `
• Awareness and ability to implement cloud security best practices
• Strong working knowledge of web application architecture, service-oriented architecture, Microservices and networking protocols
• Experience with application performance engineering and optimization
• Experience designing solutions using cloud application services such as data pipelines, data streams, message queues, workflows, and notifications
• Desirable to have admin experience: Sonarqube, Fortify
