About This Role This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following. Be responsible for the delivery and operation of wireless carrier services and mobile devices, optimized for scalability, resilience, capacity & cost Expertise of carrier services and understanding global and local operational efficiencies Working with our end users to understand their business requirements for using mobile devices Designing complex solutions, leading work-streams on transformational programs and ensuring conformance to agreed design standards, methods, and tools, including prototyping new tools and applications where appropriate. Design and manage the current mobile device management platform, Microsoft Intune Ownership of technical challenges and the technical escalation point for the support teams Key competencies to include coaching, influencing senior stakeholders, managing time & priorities, conflict management, excellent presentation delivery and technical writing. Acting as a trusted advisor for our end users, translating centralised product roadmap insight into end user-specific impact avoidance and benefit realisation Be accountable for the execution of budget for delivery of projects and on-going operations Follow product management best practices with end user & consumer value at the heart of robust design & implementation decisions, to facilitate and drive a growth mindset Creating and updating team processes and knowledge articles for our end users Prioritise, plan and manage own workload when faced with multiple tasks and work to deadlines and targets. Be a contact point for end users queries internally Supporting our end users with all incoming enquiries; includes answering calls, managing emails and tickets Taking ownership of the end user tickets and to ensure the response and resolution times are within the agreed SLA\'s Record information accurately into our database and ensuring data is kept up to date. process order requests and liaise with the 3rd party suppliers to ensure delivery is met within the agreed timescale Prepare and enter the information for end user orders in preparation for monthly invoicing Liaise and work with Suppliers to ensure full resolution of the ticket. Continuously contact the supplier for an update and keep the end user informed throughout the ticket cycle Provide Network & troubleshooting support for the end users and if unable to resolve ascertain the best team to support the ticket. Assist the senior advisor in updating and creating team processes Report to the management team with any potential escalations Work closely with the wider teams, transferring end user tickets and capturing the required information for end user resolution We are looking for professionals with these skills to achieve our goals. Ideal experience in telecommunication services and mobile devices Experience with Mobile device management systems would be ideal Experience with Apple Business Manager Ideal Experience in working with wireless carrier services as well as Apple and Android mobile devices Work with external vendors to successfully manage the platforms and service delivery Experience placing orders and reporting incidents via carrier portals Telecom expense management principles to identify fraud, abuse and optimise costs Setting standards and policies for corporate and BYOD mobile devices Written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Word and Excel Ability to influence outcomes and gain buy-in for new initiatives and ways of working Basic Qualifications: Customer service skills previous use of Microsoft Applications (e.g. Word/Excel) Preferred Qualifications: Understands ITIL best practices Previous experience using ServiceNow ITSM Diversity, Equity and Inclusion At Haleon we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
