Global Service Delivery specialist responsible for the Self-Service Software shopping portal and working as part of the Software Service DevSecOps team & Virtual Application | Desktop Service. Working as a part of the Digital workplace.

You are responsible for
Participate with Service Providers and lead Change Management
Service update communication and Stakeholder management
Manage day to day capability build, service & support operations, source and deliver components of standard services from a defined service catalogue.
Manage and report on the service consumption and escalate deviations from plan to appropriate parties.
Responsible for Continuous Improvement and capability building.
Partner with Global IT Services constituents to ensure YoY improvements and expectations realized.
Verify service operations against stated Service Level Agreements, Experience Level Agreements and Operational Level Agreements, report and communicate findings.
Manage "live" technical environments for user impact, on a day-to-day basis, together with the relevant vendors.
Play an active role in the SCRUM team, or support the delivery of programs with transformational activities
Participate with product Owner on activities related to Service and Release Management, Service Integration, Support and Technical Operations.

The Workplace department which is reporting into Philips IT organization (enabling function). This team takes care of the Philips global workplace for 75000 end users.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Deep understanding of Cloud and VDI technologies
Understanding of Citrix, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows Cloud PC
Understanding of Basic Cloud foundation and Security
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and or commensurate experience in delivering Software Services in a Global environment
10K users.
Deep understanding of Shopping Portals for Software Distribution
Deep understanding of software distribution (SCCM, Intune).
Understanding Azure Active Directory, On-Premises Active Directory and Policies.
Remote Troubleshooting, Social Support and L3 support of incidents.
Thorough knowledge of MS Office suite to produce presentations on respective subject matter
Excellent English language communication skills, both verbal and written. Cross-cultural etiquettes, customer centric and collaborative mindset.
Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.
Good command on stakeholder management, judgement, conflict resolution, risk & mitigations.
Data Analytic skills around PC asset's and follow through on Philips responsibilities in the asset services
Supplier Management experience a must.
Have a DevSecOps mindset.
