Primary Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering
• At least 10+ years of total experience in Information technology and/or security infrastructure
• At least 5+ years of experience and hands-on expertise in IAM/PAM/Cloud Security/information
• security, penetration testing, security infrastructure tuning/deployment and/or security consulting
• At least 2+ years of leadership role, which includes managing security experts
• knowledge of GO, Java, PHP, and details knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
• Experience delivering large-scale, highly available security solutions
• A dynamic leader who has directly managed a team of highly competent developers in the fast-paced work environment
• Strong business and technical vision
• Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience demonstrating strong leadership, self-motivation, and accountability
• Experience in leading complex projects cross-functionally and globally
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP, CIAM, CIGE, CIMP, etc. are a major plus
• Relevant solution certification from SailPoint, Microsoft, CyberArk, etc is a major plus

• In this lead role, you will be responsible for leading a premier engineering team that develops, operates and supports a heterogeneous security infrastructure on a global scale for IAM, PAM, Cloud areas.
• Contributes specialized knowledge and skill in IAM to the team. Resolves and makes decisions on security issues to eliminate risk.
• Performs research, analysis, and design of IAM security controls appropriate for the classification of data stored or processed in the enterprise.
• Works with vendors and control owners to modify, maintain and govern security controls to address changes in business processes and security regulations.
• Participate and evaluate IAM controls; help to implement infrastructure controls; establish and document processes for executing controls to ensure the controls are working as designed.
• Lead a team of security engineering professionals responsible for planning, design, implementation, attack mitigation, and ongoing support of security systems of high complexity to fulfill the business needs
• Develop capabilities and GTM strategy
• Work closely with security experts. Guide and mentor them on day-to-day working.
• Work with all interfacing teams to define and baseline the system uptime SLAs.
• Work with other Cyber Security teams to manage endpoint protections effectively and efficiently. In doing so work closely with the research team, undertake research on threat vectors, and provide mitigation strategies.
• Work with stakeholders, mentoring and providing technical guidance on network security.
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, provide security protection on the cloud, and guide/mentor the security experts on this front.
• Manage staff, including selection, goal setting, annual reviews, compensation planning, and career development.
• Provide recommendations to the management team to increase the effectiveness of the organization and technology solutions.
• Develop and nurture a team of the security team
• Effectively manage cross-functional internal and external team collaboration, and communications.
• Prioritization, planning of projects and features, stakeholder management, and tracking of external commitments
• Respond to and assist with due diligence and internal/external security audit requests.
• Supports, implements, and promotes standard configuration and change management, processes, and practices
• Identify opportunities for further enhancements and refinements to security standards and processes.
