You will play key role in designing architecture of new products, SDKs and work with cross functional teams. As a Technical Architect, you will design products from scratch, have hands-on in the development and drive the product till closure. You will be responsible for team building, mentoring and showing thoughtful leadership. You will also be responsible for participating in various process initiatives like CMMI.Roles and Responsibilities1. Perform implementation of assigned projects using sound engineering principles and adhering to business standards, practices, processes, and product requirements. 2. Identify potential solutions that are optimized to operate within constraints of the product.3. Resolve technical issues through Debugging and Investigation, creating new & innovative ways to improve applications.4. Provide timely status updates and proactive communications on issues to the stakeholders.5. Able to interface with internal stakeholders regarding software issues.6. Have the ability and willingness to acquire an in-depth understanding of the domain and existing products (beyond software) and apply that knowledge to develop new products and to deliver enhancements fixes for customer requirements.7. Research and identify the best technology solution and architecture and ROI among all possible solutions to solve the existing business problems.8. Architecting solution design, creating a solution prototype, creating collaboration framework, controlling solution development and defining solution development controls while closely working with team of developer and testers.9. Defining features, phases, and solution requirements.10. Communicate and describe the structure, characteristics, behaviour, and other aspects of software to project stakeholders.11. To oversee and ensure that the technology is not only delivered in a timely manner but fully functional for the end user.Key Performance Indicators 1. Design and delivery products2. Team mentoring3.
