Role: Senior Technical Architect - Product Development and Production Support Experience: 15- 20 Years Location: Hyderabad Responsibilities: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead and guide our R&D team in both Production Support and Development efforts for our intricate product. The ideal candidate will possess a deep technical understanding and the ability to effectively manage and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Product Understanding and Team Guidance: - Provide expert guidance to team members in resolving production-related issues and addressing bugs. - Lead and mentor the team in driving new development initiatives. - Coordinate and collaborate with various customer teams such as Service and Support Teams. - Demonstrate strong communication skills and participate in client escalation meetings. 2. Problem-Solving and Debugging: - Exhibit excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, contributing to efficient issue resolution. 3. Leadership in Challenging Environments: - Display the ability to excel in critical situations, motivating the team to achieve optimal results. Required Technical Expertise: Proficiency in the following technologies is mandatory: - Java - Core Java - Spring Boot - Linux commands and utilities - J2EE - Spring - Hibernate - Microservices - SQL Desired Skills: While not mandatory, experience in any of the following areas would be advantageous: - AWS Basics - Xpath - Angular - ReactJS - Docker - Kubernetes - Working with Apache servers - Proficiency in Liferay or any portal application servers - Apache MQ - MuleSoft Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Architect, with a track record of successfully guiding teams in complex projects. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
