JOB PURPOSE

The Tech Support Engineer is responsible for client onboarding process including software installation, hardware configuration and support in solving technical errors.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES


  • Communicate with international clients without any communication hindrances.
  • Own client on-boarding process including software installation, hardware configuration, client specific customization, and testing.
  • Provide support in troubleshooting and solving technical errors to all our clients at various locations.

Internal : Tech Support Team
External : None

WORK EXPERIENCE


3 years

QUALIFICATION


Any US accent certification and Graduation and above done in Customer support management, related field (teleradiology) will be an advantage.

SKILLS


  • Excellent verbal/written English communication skills. (US accent preferred)
  • Familiarity with computer technology especially in Windows OS.




BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team and should have a can-do attitude.
