The company\xe2\x80\x99s technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company\xe2\x80\x99s business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.



Duties and Responsibilities

• Profile new data sources, primarily through SQL and open-source tools; Derive insights and share with the team
• Identify edge use cases, data anomalies, outliers as an outcome of Data Profiling activity
• Capture definitions for all data elements being sourced and document them; Capture the grain of the data and work with Data Modelers to pass on the information
• Create Source to Target Mapping across multiple layers of data propagation: source to canonical layer to semantic layer
• Suggest DQ rules for implementation based on data analysis/data profiling performed
• Support User Acceptance Testing before releases
• Liaise with Product Owner for deployment co-ordination, business sign offs and release notifications
• Update the data dictionary in the Enterprise Data Catalog
• Create and maintain business lineage maps in the Enterprise Data Catalog tool by working with the Data Catalog specialist
• Co-ordinate with multiple cross-functional teams and have good inter-personnel skills
