Job Description

:

- Act as a business liaison handling phone and email support requests, a front-line advocate for the resolution of application issues

- Will be responsible for daily operations support for Cisco and Genesys

- Will be responsible for following the end to end project life cycle to deliver the new requirements / projects.

- Will be responsible for closing the audit points & findings / vulnerabilities within the stipulated timelines.

- Will be responsible for managing the PMO process for PO release

- Track and maintain the AMC of all components of infra / applications / licenses and the present & back dated documentation

- Responsible for getting the underlaying end to end infra deloyed for projects and manage the whole process (CAVA, Risk assessment, IRM sign off etc) till the production movement.

- Responsible for initiating and completing the end to end vendor onboarding process as per the bank norms (MSA / SOW/ Addendum / software license agreement etc.)

- Keep a track of End of Life / End of Sale products like hardware / software / licenses etc and com the plan of action to migigate the associated risks within the time period of support expiry

- Vendor co-ordination and follow ups for RCA / requirement fulfillments / CAVA till the closure.

- manage the onsite support team resources as per the requirements of BAU and the project implementation

- Manage and co-ordinate with the support teams for the reconciliation of access roles across all governed applications and infra
