Strategic Initiatives and planning \' IT Department Information Technology Location Mumbai Number of Positions 1 Reporting Relationships EVP Position Grade Chief Manager / AVP IT Operating Model: Support senior IT teams and business sponsor in developing an IT Operating Model, outlining the strategic aims of the organization Benchmarking and market analysis with industry. Support Technology decisions for IT & business through market research and business cases. Key Technology initiatives to be research, evaluated, assessed and tested for business and commercial feasibility. Identify opportunities of improvement and drive cost optimization initiatives Drive Application decommission and rationalization: work with internal teams to assess the application and align applications with business objectives Support IT Strategy Development: Assist internal teams in developing a technology strategy and roadmap that aligns with key business priorities and unlocking business value through optimal technology ROI. IT Sourcing: working with internal teams to optimize operating/ delivery models, identifying and executing sourcing options for them Working with the Information Technology Team to drive strategic initiatives, and develop operating plans to deliver short term and long-term results Support Monthly/Quarterly reviews with Senior Management Team (SMT) Strong academic credentials, with a MBA from a reputed institute Deep understanding of Technology 5-6 years of specific experience in strategic & business planning, business transformations etc. Ideally in a Consulting role or in a Strategy role working for a leading bank with exposure to IT Strategy, Operating Model Design, Business case development Deep understanding of banking technology landscape and their value proposition. Experience with budgetary responsibilities related to projects or resources. Experience in collaborating with cross functional teams to shape up and deliver new opportunities. Good interpersonal, communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage senior client stakeholders i.e. CXOs.
