New Alliances & Initiatives Desk at Kotak Private works with internal and external partners to generate private banking profile leads.
The person will be responsible for
- Maintaining and tracking referrals received by channel partners
- Liaison with private bankers and channel partners to collect feedback on allocated referrals
- Managing CRM for uploading leads and downloading reports as per requirement
- Publishing MIS to channel partners as per required frequency
- Working on presentations for private banking and channel partner reviews
- Using various tools and platforms for gathering prospect details
- Proficiency in MS Excel tools like Vlookup, Pivot etc
- Proficiency in MS Power Point
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Graduate/Post graduate
- Minimum experience of 2 years.
