Job Role:

Handling Legal Notices & Litigation pertaining to RL Business
Advising on customer complaints, complaints before Banking Ombudsman
Drafting of police complaints and handling FIRs filed against the bank
Handling legal queries from branches
Handling queries on legal issues pertaining to Opening, Closing and Maintenance of Accounts
Vetting of Contracts, MOUs
Reviewing the Product Notes and Process Notes for Retail Liabilities function
Handling notices from the Statutory Authorities
Maintaining Litigation MIS
Advising business on legal risk mitigation on day to day basis

Job Requirement:

Should be a graduate in Law from a reputed University with a minimum Post Qualification Experience of 3-5 years in BFSI
