Job Role:

• Determines operational objective by studying business functions, gathering information, evaluating output requirements and formats.
• Planning, directing and coordinating activities of multiple projects in the areas of systems integration and business process management and re-engineering.
• Strategies projects road map with key stakeholders.
• Own the end to end delivery of projects that defined as part of program
• Coordinate with various stakeholders including development team for requirement elicitation, requirement documentation, testing, development sign offs etc.
• Lead business analysis activities to build identify problems and provide solution to enhance the portfolio
• Understand technical architecture and functional flow of existing applications
• Consult technical feasibility analysis for the business requirements.
• Should be able to technically evaluate new system / products / vendor or offering that can ass value or provide effective alternatives to existing system
• Define & review SLA for enhancements, track and monitor SLA and budget management.
• Develop automation of processes to improve quality & reduce TAT
• Work independently on projects and other assignment

Metrics responsible for

• Development, Testing, deployment & project management.
• Execution of all projects assigned

Job Requirements

• 5- 8 years' experience in managing Strategy Role
• Graduate/MBA
• Very good understanding of the Collection Eco system.
• Team Player & Leadership skills
• Good inter-personal skills
• Good man-management skills and vocational skills
• Effective with planning, multitasking and delivering on timelines
• Process orientation
• Ability to motivate the entire team working under his/her leadership.
