Co-ordinate with Key stakeholders from Retail Assets - LAS (Loan Against Securities) for Insta LAS and LAMF project
Build business solutions for instant / DIY journey for RA
Creation of BRD, User stories for the business process and testing the same before Go Live
Liaising with IT, Digital, Product, Business teams, legal, compliance and empanelled vendor for smooth execution of projects
Monitor system/business application performance as per agreed deliverables, SLAs
Taking periodic measure of system adoption, usage after Go Live and publishing it with all Key stakeholders
Assisting Business team in case of any production issues by co-ordinating with IT and Vendor teams.
