Role: Cross Functional Who are we looking for . Looking out for Cross Functional Lead Technical Skills: . Typically possesses 4+ years of experience as contract reviewer and MIS management. . Provide extensive and informative documentation of usage statistics and other metrics of service managed. . Excellent customer service and documentation skills, will be very visible in this position . Understanding and follow problem management and change management processes (Must) . Good Understanding in ITIL and process (Must) Process Skills: . Good understanding of model of engagement (Managed, T&M etc.), SOW & client deliverables. . Ability to track the contractual deliverables, identify gaps and take corrective measures. . Knowledge and hands on experience in ITSM processes including & inclusive of Request, Incident, Problem ,change management. . Excellent reporting capabilities including analytical skills - MIS. . Working experience on ITSM tools. . Ability to track and take actions to closure. . Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills . Good verbal and written communications and presentation skills demonstrate an aptitude for assimilation of new technologies . and solutions. . Excellent in written and verbal communication and Good customer/Client relationship management . Good team player and consistence track records. . Demonstrated strong personal mastery, including ethics, interpersonal skills, and engagement in continuous learning . Able to work under pressure situation. . Timely & quick response to mails/ escalation from peers/Leadership . Ability to work in a multi- technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause.
