Technical Skills:

? Typically possesses 4+ years of experience as contract reviewer and MIS management.

? Provide extensive and informative documentation of usage statistics and other metrics of service managed.

? Excellent customer service and documentation skills, will be very visible in this position

? Understanding and follow problem management and change management processes (Must)

? Good Understanding in ITIL and process (Must)

Process Skills:

? Good understanding of model of engagement (Managed, T&M etc.), SOW & client deliverables.

? Ability to track the contractual deliverables, identify gaps and take corrective measures.

? Knowledge and hands on experience in ITSM processes including & inclusive of Request, Incident, Problem ,change management.

? Excellent reporting capabilities including analytical skills - MIS.

? Working experience on ITSM tools.

? Ability to track and take actions to closure.

? Effective interpersonal, team building and communication skills

? Good verbal and written communications and presentation skills demonstrate an aptitude for assimilation of new technologies

? and solutions.

? Excellent in written and verbal communication and Good customer/Client relationship management

? Good team player and consistence track records.

? Demonstrated strong personal mastery, including ethics, interpersonal skills, and engagement in continuous learning

? Able to work under pressure situation.

? Timely & quick response to mails/ escalation from peers/Leadership

? Ability to work in a multi- technology environment with the ability to diagnose complex technical problems to their root cause. In

? addition to troubleshooting skills and consulting skills, has ability to summarize prognosis and impact at practice lead level.
