Job Description

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team & provide effective guidance as you will be responsible for supervising, managing, and motivating the team on daily basis. Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, setting clear team goals, delegating tasks, and setting deadlines for your internal team
• 2. Constantly evaluate and introduce new tools to improve Sales Effectiveness and Customer experience
• 3. Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of performance via Key Performance Indicators
• 4. Coordinate with sales team & other stakeholders to analyze historical data and demand forecasts and build out headcount planning models for future growth
• 5. Look after optimal functioning of all systems used like CRM
• 6. Address team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
• 7. Daily monitor, guide, and assist sales team, help them achieve individual & group targets
• 8. Create optimal capacity plans for the Sales team
• 9. You shall possess an analytical and optimization background to enable strategic workforce planning and strategic service initiatives planning
