Oversight of team \xe2\x80\x93 organizes resources, sets goals, call out strategy from Executives and client on a day to day basis, reporting responsibilities Managing day to day Sales targets (B2B Sales) Doing Exhibition visits with team To ensure team members achieve agreed standards in relation to their job assignments. 1. 2.Support and monitor the performance of the team in order to achieve their sales target.
3. Meeting monthly targets by penetrating the niche and leading a Team of Sales Executives for the designated area.
Work in teams and scale up the existing business of our company.
4. Set the monthly, weekly, and daily targets for the team and ensure that the team targets are achieve. Desired Skills and Experience- Action Oriented, Integrity and Trust, Perseverance Command Skills, Problem Solving, Drive for results, Standing along and Directing Others Managing & measuring work Ability to handle sales pressure Job Type: Full-time Salary: 918,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
