Job Description

Planning Performing market research to understand market requirements for new product development. Identifying the needs of the company and integrating market research to determine the needs and goals of new products. Conceptualizing new product ideas by using CAD software to design prototypes. 3D Modelling, Assembly and Drafting of Designed components Fabricating prototypes for testing. Testing products throughout the design process to troubleshoot any potential problems. Sampling different materials, manufacturing processes, design tolerances, and other factors to find the best ones that suit the new product brief. Fine-tuning designs until they are ready for production. Handover product file to the manufacturing team for production purposes. Analyzing existing products to identify areas for improvement and updating current documentation. Developing Quality Assurance Plan and safety guidelines and ensuring that all team members adhere to them.Manufacturing & Assembly Ensure manufacturing of equipment's with desired specifications and quality.Testing & Certification Ensure timely and effective Quality check for all the manufactured products. Ensure testing and certification of the products accordingly.Vendor Coordination Identify new vendors to fulfill raw material requirements. Coordinate with vendors for quality and timely work.Record Keeping Making/Maintaining and updating BOM Making/Maintaining and updating of Operations Manual Making/Maintaining and updating project planBasic Requirements:

• 3-4 years experience.
• BE/BTech Electronics & Telecommunication
• Good knowledge of Embedded programming Hardware and Software
