JOB DESCRIPTION:
BPO/ KPO Experience in management and Back Office Operation will add in advantage. * Candidate is expected to lead independently and remotely with a team size of 30+ under his control .
- implement and streamline computer based system for all operations and have proper man-management skills
- He should be able identify the training needs of his team members, focus on their key improvement areas and should have proper knowledge of Excel
- The candidate should be proactive in meeting clients requirements and handle escalations if any.
- The candidate should have apt knowledge of English (both written and verbal) and should be able to handle client communication (both calls and emails) whenever required.
- He should be efficient enough to take strategic decisions as when situations arise.
