Process Overview*
The FAKC (Finance and Accounting Knowledge Center) was set up in 2007 as a part of the CFO Global Delivery strategy to provide offshore delivery to Line of Business and Enterprise Finance functions. The capabilities hosted include Accounts Payable, General Accounting & Reconciliations, Management Reporting & Analysis, Research & Analytics, Financial Transaction Processing, Finance Systems Support and Global Procurement.
Over the years, the scope of FAKC has been expanded to include operations for other enterprise control functions like Human Resources and Risk and Compliance.

Role is predominately focused on: Testing Vendor/Third Party Controls
The Third Party Assessment (TPA) team is part of the Global Procurement Administration organization. The primary focus of our team is independent assessment of a Third Party / Vendors controls as dictated by the Third-Party Policy and Program. Our business partners include enterprise control functions and multiple Front Line Units (FLUs) across the enterprise. Key priorities for our team are independent assessments and quality control activities to determine whether a Vendor/ Third Partys controls meet Bank requirements.

Responsibilities*
Utilizes analytical skills and/or technical expertise to execute assigned audit testing responsibilities.
Perform assessments of audit activities to evaluate the quality of documentation supporting execution of audit work.
Independently execute assigned assessments. Responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.
Utilize sound, reasoning and analytical skills to execute assigned responsibilities.
Effective verbal and written communication of testing results and observations
Maintains a thorough understanding of the Vendor/Third Party Management program requirements

Requirements*

Education*
o Bachelors degree (Any), MBA preferred
Certifications If Any
Procurement or Audit related certification desired
Experience Range*
5-9 years audit or QA/QC testing or procurement governance or vendor management/compliance experience with emphasis on regulatory compliance and/or control validation
Foundational skills*
o Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, strong prioritization and time management skills
o Requires strong reasoning and analytical skills with an attention to detail
o Ability to clearly and persuasively communicate in written and verbal formats
o Proficient computer/software skills - Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.
o Vendor Management / Procurement experience
o Familiarity with Ariba and/or VRPM applications
o Experience developing and documenting test plans and commentary writing
o Prior regulatory compliance work in a Financial Institution
o Strong communication (verbal & written) and networking skills
o Detail oriented / eye for detail
