Deployment and Sustainability of CI management system across Business operations Train new leaders on CI practices Providing training on Problem solving tools, coach leaders on effectively using Enterprise Problem Solving Tool Provide feedback to Senior leaders on identified opportunities Support the Reporting and Governance team in conducting Process level and Site level Health checks Liaise with CI CoE and CI team members globally to ensure common practices are being followed
Primary Skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of CI methodology and tools
- Knowledge of Lean/Kaizen methodology preferred
- Analyze an identify opportunities to support the business
- Good communication skills
- Ability to Coach and Influence leaders
Shift Timing
US working hours with 2 week offs
