JD - Technical Team Leader : We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Team Leader with expertise in Angular, PHP, and React Native to join our dynamic team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, overseeing technical projects, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute technical projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and budgetary constraints.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Drive the development process, including coding standards, code reviews, and software testing methodologies to ensure the delivery of robust and scalable solutions.
• Hands-on coding and development using Angular, PHP, React Native, and other relevant technologies.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Angular, PHP, React Native, and related technologies, and ensure their effective implementation in projects.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Team Leader Technical or a similar leadership role.
• Strong development experience as a software developer.
• Proficiency in front-end and back-end development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP frameworks and database systems.
• Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9900,000.00 per year Schedule:
