We are looking for a Team Lead-Software Engineering to join our Automation and Technology Solutions Team at Clarivate. The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with strong analytical thinking skills, a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements. About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field More than 5 years of experience in software development using Java, Spring , Framework/Spring Boot, Angular, Selenium, and Apache libraries. Experience with RDBMS databases, particularly MySQL or PostgreSQL. Should have s trong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. It would be great if you also had . . . Knowledge of Cloud technologies is a significant advantage. Familiarity to RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is a big plus. Knowledge of Continuous Integration tools and techniques is a plus. E xploration and adoption of AI/ML technologies to enhance project outcomes What will you be doing in this role As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of automation solutions and driving innovation within the team. Lead and manage a team of 5+ developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to ensure the successful completion of projects. Develop and implement cutting-edge solutions using Java, Spring Framework/Spring Boot, Angular, Selenium, and various Apache libraries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement. Ensure high code quality, best practices, and adherence to coding standards within the team. Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, timelines, and deliverables, adjusting as necessary to ensure successful outcomes.
