• Work with Product Management to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Builds technical roadmap with Architects, owns design and review for end-to-end deliverables, ensure design quality and integrity
• Design, code, and develop new features/fix bugs/add enhancements
• Analyze and improve efficiency, scalability and stability of various system resources
• Lead and Mentor junior engineers and drive a culture of technical perfection.
• Drive creative and innovative solutions to complex problems, exemplifying good technical discernment.
• Drive improvements and new approaches to address potential systemic pain points and technical debt, anticipate and avoid problems.
• Take a hands-on approach in the development of prototypes, independently and with others, to establish design decisions and/or technical feasibility.
• Evaluate, Install, Setup, Maintain and Upgrade CI/CD infrastructure tools hosted on-premises and on Cloud (AWS)
• Drive the CI/CD infrastructure tooling related work in collaboration with various internal teams to get the user stories, epics, goals to closure
• Propose, participate, implement architecture level enhancements/changes strategically through Dev/Stage/Prod environments
• Design, evangelize, deliver comprehensive best practices & efficient usage of available tooling resources/capabilities to run high-performance systems
• Provide innovative & strategic solutions along with cost & risk analysis, to improve stability, scalability, performance of the tools' infrastructure
• Document and maintain application setup, runbooks, administration guides and troubleshooting guides

• Bacheloraa,a,,s Degree in Computer Science is required and Masteraa,a,,s Degree in Computer Science preferred.
• 8+ years of professional experience in building enterprise grade software applications
• Experience in software development for mobile, desktop or web application development with hands on coding experience covering full stack (Java, Angular, ReactJS etc.,)
• In-depth experience of Java based Microservices Architecture, RESTful webservices and other modern cloud-based architectures
• In depth knowledge of Cloud Native Architecture and related stacks (Service Registry, ELK / Splunk, service registry, VMs, etc.) and
• Highly proficient with containers, orchestration technologies, Git and Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines
• Deep knowledge of Big Data and Data Engineering techniques like Spark, AWS EMR.
• Experience with NoSQL, and SQL databases
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, ELBs, ElastiCache, Terraform etc)
• Experience with setting up server monitoring, alerting and server provisioning
• Familiarity with Containers and related technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS)
• Experience of driving activities, review process to ensure software and product quality.
• Willing to pick up any languages, technologies, or methodologies necessary to smite a challengeaa,aEURand if a conventional solution does not exist, then innovate as necessary.
