Roles & Responsibilities:

• Project Execution, Preparation of Design Scoping paper and project interfaces and preparation of process design basis and project design basis
• Preparation of PFD, UFD, P&ID, Mass & Heat Balance and Cause and effect diagram (CED); Process datasheets, equipment specification
• Sizing and selection of process equipment, calculation for piping, pipelines, flare header, pumps, instrument air receiver & separators, control valves and pressure relief devices (relief valve, rupture disc)
• Preparation of flare selection study, hydraulic simulation/report for flare system, pressure relief analysis study, Flare radiation calculation
• Perform of dynamic simulation for existing process facilities like onshore and offshore oil & gas processing units, petrochemicals units, piping and pipeline sections.
• Perform surge analysis of pipeline for steady and dynamic state simulation
• Participated for Project and Process engineering Safety studies in HAZOP, Preliminary Process Hazardous Analysis (PHA), SIL, Quantitative Risk Assessment, HAZID, construction and commissioning studies Like Constructability & Logistical Assessments and Environmental impact assessments,
• 6-8 years of process engineering expereince in Refineries, Chemicals, Midstream, Upstream Oil and Gas projects
• Should have experience in lead role for FEED and Detail Engineering projects with exposure to field engineering activities.
• Proven experience in executing process design and engineering of process equipment. This in preparation of the material requisition, Technical evaluation of vendor offers & Order specification and review of vendor drawings.
• Conduct activities related to design reviews; technical developments; scheduling and engineering resolution related to design, testing and field problems.
• Assure that all engineering designs, bills of material, technical data are completely and accurately documented by reviewing engineering drawings and MRP system entries.
• Interact and guide Detailing/Drafting team to ensure quality deliverables
• Undertake developmental activities like preparation of work instructions / procedures / guidelines
• Should have good understanding of requirements of other departments and interfaces in engineering
• Has good knowledge of international codes and standards
• Should have experience in lead role for FEED and Detail Engineering projects with exposure to field engineering activities.
