We are looking for Process Engineer for Senior- a level role. To manage projects of changing scopes from feasibility study,
survey, design engineering, specifications preparations, review of detailed design documents, project monitoring, and site

\xef\x82\xb7 Sr. Process Engineer- Offshore
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience: between 7-10 years
Position Purpose:
Basic & Detailed Design Engineering activities for the assigned project(s) in Petrochemical Plants, Oil & Gas Plants,
Offshore Drilling Rigs etc., in accordance with the Company, established procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation/review of PFD, P&ID\xe2\x80\x99s, project-specific specifications, design calculation/analysis,
and procurement specification.
\xef\x82\xb7 Interface with other disciplines, user departments, and Clients.
\xef\x82\xb7 Estimation/engineering work related to bids.
Job Responsibilities:
\xef\x82\xb7 Working as a lead/senior engineer in FEED/ Basic and Detail Engineering / EPC project.
\xef\x82\xb7 Can produce and check processes deliverables like PFD/P&ID, Thermal design of Exchanger, separator,
column design, utility package specifications.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensuring planned engineering (process) progress with respect to the engineering deliverables for Tenders (as
required) and awarded Projects, process engineering planning & scheduling, preparation of progress reports,
manpower & resource forecasts, time schedules of engineers, utilization of resources effectively & efficiently.
\xef\x82\xb7 Process Design & Detail Engineering including performing process simulations, design calculations, Process
Optimization, sizing & selection of equipment etc. for Tenders (as required) and for awarded Projects. Review
of Clients\' tender documents, specifications, datasheets, verification of FEED design & calculations.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation of various engineering deliverables (Drawings & Documents) such as Process Flow Diagrams, P
& I Diagrams, Process Datasheets, Equipment Specifications, Cause & Effect Diagrams, control philosophies,
shutdown philosophies, HAZOP Studies & reports, Operation & maintenance manuals, etc., and providing
necessary engineering inputs to the other disciplines and other departments.
\xef\x82\xb7 Preparation & Issue of RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s, evaluation of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s quotations, clarifications, Technical Bid Analysis, etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Review of vendor\xe2\x80\x99s documents, drawings, datasheets, specifications, and calculations. Knowledge and Skillset
required for this role \xe2\x80\x93
Essential Skills & Experience
Qualification: B.E. / B.TECH. / B.S. \xe2\x80\x93 CHEMICAL ENGINEERING Specialization in Petroleum / Petro
Chemical Engineering preferred.
Preferred Experiences
\xef\x82\xb7 At least 8 years or more; relevant experience gained from an Offshore/Oil and Gas industry
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience multiple projects will be added advantage
Skill Set:
\xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team including process, mechanical, structural, electrical,
instrumentation and piping.
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven ability to collaborate with team members from project management, estimating, and project controls
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills, technical competence, and attention to detail
\xef\x82\xb7 Know-how of Technology in chemicals/ Petrochemical process.
\xef\x82\xb7 Process knowledge and ability to develop a team.
\xef\x82\xb7 Familiarity with API/ISO/NFPA/OSHA standards as a minimum.
\xef\x82\xb7 Expertise in HTRI, Aspen - HYSYS simulation.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong analytical skills and ability to produce coherent, self-explanatory reports such as technical documents,
market research analysis, and business advisory.
