Job Description

Troubleshoot requests and answer general questions. Process incoming email and fax requests
Prioritize and handle 2nd-level escalations in a timely manner to resolve issues. Share resolution details with clients and team. Provide feedback to manager on required process and program changes to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with training new employees and coaching/training of existing representatives on new products and services.
Manage documentation.
Handle special projects as assigned.
