Join our ST INME team within Chemtech division in India as Tax Manager.

In this role you will be accountable for:

• Representing organization before tax authorities in relation to regular assessment, Transfer pricing assessment at AO and CIT appeals.
• Co-ordination with consultants in preparing Transfer pricing study report, CBCR compliances, master file co-ordination with HQ.
• Advising the business on Topics related to Transfer pricing, Withholding taxes applicability.
• Leading and completion of Tax audit as per deadlines.
• Leading and completion of Transfer pricing audit as per deadlines.
• Ensuring timely filing of Income tax return including Inter-company tax returns.
• Monitoring the tax assets and tax receivables, co-ordinate with respective authorities and ensure timely refunds.
• Supporting Statutory Audit with regards to Current tax, deferred tax, YOY working, 26 AS reconciliation.
• Ensuring TDS practices are complied with law.
• Guiding AR / AP team with regards to direct taxation provisions / circulars.
• Advising management for minimizing tax risk of Company.
• Co-ordinating with other departments with context to tax matters, with project and sales team.
• Involved in ensuring correct deduction of TDS except payroll being outsourced, timely filing of TDS Return & correction statement in case required.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Chartered Accountant with 10 to 12 years working experience in Direct Tax preferably manufacturing company.
• Hands on experince in Leading Transfer pricing and tax audit
• Liasoning with Tax Authorities
• Experience in AE returns filing, CBCR reporting, Other Direct tax matters
• EXIM and DGFT would be added advantage
