Introduction: Wholesale Lending Operations \'Loan IQ Senior SME\' is responsible to serve as a strong leader to support the group\'s strategic change program of migrating from legacy ACBS platform to Loan IQ platform. Candidate will support the various aspects of the change program in the capacity of a senior SME including the business analysis, requirements, testing, reporting, process/procedures, operational readiness and training. The role holder will be required to build long lasting and trusting relationships with regional and global business partners as well as a diverse set of customers, clients and infrastructure/technology partners. Business and Infrastructure partners will each have their own strategies and the key purpose of this engagement is to ensure that we can deliver the Lending Ops agenda as per the group\'s strategy. The candidate will be responsible for strategic and tactical planning and execution to achieve the group\'s objectives and to meet the needs of the businesses at the right service level and cost, while driving a culture of service excellence and managing the risks and controls What will you be doing . The role holder will follow agreed design principles to establish Target Operating Model processes, focusing on objectives to Simplify, Standardise and Automate and drive out recommendations around Process, System and Organisational structure. . The role holder will liaise with all stakeholders including tech/ops partners and drive the documentation of business requirements, process flows, current vs future gap analysis, and any supporting data analysis. . The role holder will ensure all target processes are defined with a view to ensure robust controls are in place and ensure engagement with Controls and Rigour teams. . The role holder will ensure that the Process mapping and Procedures teams have relevant inputs to drive required documentation. . The role holder will prepare any required sign-off from stakeholders on various future state design decisions and Go/No Go decisions. . Drive execution of operations and technology agenda, procedures, risk & control, training and business process alignment for both short term (interim) changes and for long term (strategic) changes. . Lead the detailed business analysis, business requirements gathering, process flows design, procedures and build/execute end to end testing strategy. . Liaise with other groups including technology, operations, finance, and others to form partnerships within and outside the immediate team and ensure the proposed solution will work front to back and smooth execution of the change effort. . The role holder must ensure effective and timely escalation routes through appropriate management to ensure project stays on track . The role holder will clearly articulate the roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and will constantly monitor the risks so that support, escalation and resolution are aligned as the loan businesses are autonomous and have competing demands, including significant implications for compliance, regulatory or legal partners. . Experienced in creating and executing ambitious strategies whilst working inclusively with business and infrastructure partners. . Need to be able to be strong customer focused and are able to demonstrate service excellence as well as the ability to develop junior members of the team through coaching and feedback to show continual improvement to services. Knowledge of market and industry research tools, e.g. OneSource, Datamonitor, etc Skills that will help you in the role: . Candidate must be a MBA (Finance) or an equivalent postgraduate . Minimum of 9 years of relevant post qualification, preferably 5-7 year relevant experience in a financial services institution (corporate or investment banking/consulting) . Experience of working in a Corporate/Investment Banking/consulting .
