Role Purpose Energize and partner with the LSEG APAC and Bangalore leadership teams to enable their teams to deliver at their best. R esearch, design and deliver leadership development solutions our APAC leaders . Bring the LSEG leadership behaviours and values to life in everything that we do. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management: Build stakeholder relationships and actively manage and engage stakeholders across theregion to understand business needs and ensure engagement with leadership development and Talent strategy Design: ongoing development programmes and initiatives for leaders at LSEG that address business and embed the leadership behaviours Deliver: deliver mixed format solutions to a high standard ensuring engagement and transfer of learning from programme attendees Partner selection and management: Identify and recommend regional and localpartners, managing the relationship to ensure delivery of high quality content based on business needs. Measurement: create frameworks to measure the impact of development working with the People Analytics team and use output to refine development offerings.
