Job Description



Role Purpose

  • Energize and partner with the LSEG APAC and Bangalore leadership teams to enable their teams to deliver at their best.
  • Research, design and deliver leadership development solutions our APAC leaders.
  • Bring the LSEG leadership behaviours and values to life in everything that we do.



Key Responsibilities
  • Stakeholder Management: Build stakeholder relationships and actively manage and engage stakeholders across the region to understand business needs and ensure engagement with leadership development and Talent strategy
  • Design: ongoing development programmes and initiatives for leaders at LSEG that address business and embed the leadership behaviours
  • Deliver: deliver mixed format solutions to a high standard ensuring engagement and transfer of learning from programme attendees
  • Partner selection and management: Identify and recommend regional and local partners, managing the relationship to ensure delivery of high quality content based on business needs.
  • Measurement: create frameworks to measure the impact of development working with the People Analytics team and use output to refine development offerings.
  • Leadership Behaviours: Embed LSEG\xe2\x80\x99s Leadership Behaviours and Values in all we do
  • Data: Leverage insights to inform focus of leadership development programmes



Technical / Job Functional Knowledge
  • Detailed knowledge of leadership development in global organisations
  • Understanding of future of work trends and impact on leadership expectations
  • Experienced in the operational delivery of development whether formal or informal
  • Knowledge of psychometric tools

Business and Sector Expertise
  • A proven track record in leadership development and Talent Management in a large scale and complex international business

Leadership and Management Experience
  • Experience building leadership development solutions
  • Credible and confident with commercial insight to engage and influence internal stakeholders


Personal Skills and Capabilities
  • Passion for developing people to enable business growth
  • Collaborative partner to the business as well as the Talent and People function
  • Commercial outlook, able to engage and influence senior internal stakeholders and build relationships based on trust and understanding of the business
