Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management: Build stakeholder relationships and actively manage and engage stakeholders across the region to understand business needs and ensure engagement with leadership development and Talent strategy
Design: ongoing development programmes and initiatives for leaders at LSEG that address business and embed the leadership behaviours
Deliver: deliver mixed format solutions to a high standard ensuring engagement and transfer of learning from programme attendees
Partner selection and management: Identify and recommend regional and local partners, managing the relationship to ensure delivery of high quality content based on business needs.
Measurement: create frameworks to measure the impact of development working with the People Analytics team and use output to refine development offerings.

Data: Leverage insights to inform focus of leadership development programmes
Technical / Job Functional Knowledge
Detailed knowledge of leadership development in global organisations

Experienced in the operational delivery of development whether formal or informal
Knowledge of psychometric tools
Business and Sector Expertise
A proven track record in leadership development and Talent Management in a large scale and complex international business
