JOB SCOPERole : Talent Management SpecialistThe Talent and Development function supports the transformation of the Bank through a focus on talent development and ensuring rigor in all in our people decisions. We use our specialist knowledge and expertise to partner with the business to:

Global Talent Management is a team within T&D which focuses identification of fast potential employees through talent and succession processes and provision of scale and individual support aligned to key talent segments, particularly diverse talent, and Bank- strategic initiatives.reports and reconciliationsResponsibilities:
  • Monitor and upkeep data and records meticulously as it relates to key Talent Management processes coordinating with HRMI and other HR teams as necessary to ensure timeliness, accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Coordinating with talent governance lead to introduce, analyze and report relevant talent data to ensure transparency on divisional and Bank-wide themes which should inform team priorities.
  • Excel at finding answers through logical association, reasoning, deduction and other investigative techniques, be proficient in data mining and know how to connect the dots in a logical and repeatable manner (e.g. join data from HR databases including Workday and other DB data sources (e.g. Finance, DB Employee Surveys) with external sources to discover and prove relationships in the data, which lead to insights).
  • Ensure that the project work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed tools/systems.
  • Contribute to preparation of papers and supporting analysis required for monthly people sessions with the Management Board as well as annual People Day session with Management Board.
  • Prepare and maintain dossiers and profiles on senior talent to support appointment and engagement initiatives.
  • Document and track requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits etc. Review possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve or escalate as appropriate.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 3- 5 years as project managing large global initiatives
  • Exceptional excel, PowerPoint, adobe, desktop publishing skills
  • Methodical and reliable in both recording data, maintaining files and proactively monitoring next steps
  • Experience developing briefings and presentations for executive / board level meetings
  • Experience working in a matrix environment and in remote teams
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivots, lookups). Knowledge of VBA an advantage
  • Knowledge of MS Access database design and reporting an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office SharePoint Software (SharePoint)
  • Confident in all other MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle, interrogate and analyze large quantities of data in Excel and convert it into clear reporting to support management decisions
