About you and the role:
The Dow Chemical Company has an exciting opportunity for a Talent Management Specialist (m/f), within Human Resources (HR). This position is based in India, Navi Mumbai. The role would be located within the Talent Management and Learning discipline of the \xe2\x80\x9cHR Solutions\xe2\x80\x9d organization. The top priority of HR Solutions is to deliver the best Employee Experience through exceptional delivery of a portfolio of solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Global Talent Cadence Analytics & Reporting including dashboards for talent reviews, succession plans, talent pools, critical roles, and high potentials assessment stages.
• Support reporting plan on global employee listening surveys providing data insights as needed.
• Collaborate across Talent Management Team to design, analyze, and communicate talent analytics, generating valuable insights that support the Corporate Talent Strategy.
• Support the development and execution of various programs on regional and global level, encompassing performance culture, succession planning, employee, and leadership development, aligning them with the specific needs and drivers of the organization.
• Support and coordinate Great Place to Work country certification process.

Qualifications:

• Extensive expertise and approximately 8 years and above work experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, Organization Development will be a plus.
• Solid experience in people analytics and reporting. Knowledge of PowerBI is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate effectively within a global matrix organization, adept at managing complexity and ambiguity.
• Proven ability to rapidly comprehend business drivers and adapt to cultural and organizational dynamics.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in HRM, Business Administration, Psychology, or a relevant equivalent field of study.

• You are living within a commuting distance of max 1 hour from our Mumbai office.
• Relocation is not supported for this role.
