Talent & Culture Manager Primary Responsibility: Responsible for determining the Talent & Culture strategic and programmatic needs of Grand Mercure Bangalore and also support effective implementation and evaluation of strategies, policies and procedures. Control and monitor the administration of all Talent & Culture activities and policies. To plan, manage, control, coordinate and participate in personnel activities of all the departments in areas of :- Recruitment & Selection End to End Process Compensations & Benefits Training & Development Performance Management System Employee Relations T&C Initiatives Statutory Compliance Payroll End to End Process Recommend, implement, formulate and execute organizations policies, procedures, rules, regulations and programs for all the employees as per corporate guidelines. Ensure to provide Management with tools for future manpower planning, resource and payroll planning and control. To ensure effective implementation of all Talent & Culture Systems, Policies and Procedures following local legislation. Responsible for all the internal and external audit requirements and to ensure that the Talent & Culture department is compliant accordingly. Responsible for managing and implementing the Ethics & CSR Charter at hotel level and to ensure that it is being followed by all employees. To ensure that the Department\'s Operational Budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled. Investigate and review all disciplinary actions to ensure the actions are complying with the labour law & rules and regulations of the organization. Develop, conduct maintain all staff training programs for team members, focusing on their development needs, providing them with new skills to meet the changing needs of the business. To ensure all employees\' benefits are in alignment, remunerated fairly and paid in an accurate and timely manner. The ability to manage information available in a sensitive and confidential manner. The ability to engage a diversified and multi-nationality workforce, helping employees to be accustom to the local culture. Knowledge and Experience Master/Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources Management Overall experience of 10 years, minimum 2 years of experience in similar role Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint Competencies Strong leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills Excellent communication and customer contact skills Results and service oriented with an eye for details Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations A team player & builder A motivator & self-starter Well-presented and professionally groomed at all times Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
