Job Description


The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying and attracting skilled professionals to meet the hiring needs of the organization. They will collaborate with hiring managers and HR professionals to understand staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will utilize various sourcing techniques, conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and make recommendations for job offers.
Responsibilities :

  • Manage and facilitate the entire hiring process from job posting through to offer
  • Create/update and post job requisitions according to divisional needs across various databases and job boards
  • Process, qualify, and screen all applicants and conduct initial interviews with promising applicants.
  • Scout for talent that matches our requirements on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Perform market research and internal analysis to prepare and present competitive offers to selected candidates
  • Work with the accepted candidate to set a start date, and coordinate onboarding with the hiring manager, Training Facilitator, and Employee Engagement Manager.
  • Put forward any promising, unselected candidates for consideration for other current roles or add to Google Hire Collection for use and quick fill of future positions.
  • Maintain professional & industry knowledge in regards to hiring trends, new candidate sources, and technology in recruitment.
  • Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ yrs of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or similar role.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prior experience in hiring for the digital marketing industry (Ads Specialists, Content writers, and website designers) is a bonus.
  • Proven ability to work effectively & successfully in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Successful track record of creating trust and maintaining relationships at all levels.
  • Proven time-management skills, that show the ability to manage multiple competing deadlines/projects effectively.
