Managing the entire canvas of Talent Acquisition which includes
Talent Mapping
Compensation Benchmarking
Implementing ATS (Application Tracking System)
Managing various stakeholders for various positions
Designing and running the campus hiring program
Focusing and encouraging on employee referral programs
Initiating the Background verification for each one selected
Managing the Audit from Recruitment standpoint.
Managing the entire file management for all the employees
