What will you\'ll do Provide full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer acceptance Source, evaluate, interview, network, and hire top tier talent Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive sourcing efforts and ongoing relationship management Be a talent advisor to hiring managers and cross-functional partners by developing strong relationships. Help manage and create a flawless candidate experience through prompt follow-up and communication with candidates throughout the candidate lifecycle Act as a SME and champion of the Phenom talent platform Work Experience What you\'ve done 5+ years of TA experience in a fast-paced high-growth environment Full-cycle recruiting experience including but not limited to networking, sourcing, and hiring diverse talent Experience recruiting sales, marketing and client services professionals Experiencing managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and hiring manager requests with a sense of urgency Ability to utilize recruitment and HR technology tools such as CRM, Applicant Tracking Systems, Linkedin/ social media, resume database, internet sourcing tools, etc. Bachelor\'s degree or related work experience Global recruiting experience would be an asset #LI-GC1
