Overview: Join Guidepoint\'s Global Talent Acquisition Team. The Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional interested in working with our software engineering teams across India and the U.S. We are a fast-paced, high growth company headquartered in NYC. You will be part of a global team of more than twenty Talent Acquisition (TA) professionals spanning across the globe from the United States, Japan, Korea, India, China, Singapore, UAE, Australia, Germany, Greece, and the UK. The Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology will provide full cycle recruiting support, and address recruiting needs on an on-going basis for technical and data positions across all our locations. This role will involve direct sourcing of candidates for open positions in software engineering, QA, IT, Data, Product Development in the USA and international markets. The position reports directly to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, Technology based in India with a dotted line to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition based in New York City. This is a hybrid role based in Pune. Professional Development Opportunities:

  • Exposure and usage of state-of-art technology to recruit: LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse and other sourcing platforms.
You will be responsible for reporting on the following metrics, including the following:
  • Time to hire: 45 to 60 Days.
  • Pipeline Sourcing
  • LinkedIn InMail usage and acceptance rate
  • Interview to Offer ratio
  • Offer acceptance rate
What You\'ll Do:
  • Oversee a team of professional recruiters and sourcers based in India
  • Coach, mentor and develop the India TA Technology Team to ensure that they are well-equipped to manage their teams to deliver great outcomes
  • Strategize with Technology Leadership teams in India and the U.S. around hiring plan strategy, employer branding, compensation analysis, talent and market mapping and retention
  • Identify and source qualified talent focusing on engineering, data and product roles
  • Proactively build and maintain pipelines of qualified technical talent via direct sourcing using cutting edge recruitment methods referrals, and networking events
  • Maintain data that will expose trends and patterns to help influence hiring practices and process integrity
  • Use Greenhouse and other recruiting software to track applicants and manage workflow
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work with hiring managers to prioritize roles to meet hiring needs
  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit in a variety of different sources
  • Proven interest in the intersection of recruiting and tech
  • Track and report progress of recruitment so that we achieve our hiring targets across the organization utilizing metrics such as Cost Per Hire, Quality of Hire, Time to Fill, etc.
What You Have:
  • Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources or related fields required
  • 10 years experience in technology recruitment required
  • Proven experience as a recruitment manager, recruitment lead or relevant role
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using direct sourcing tools and channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, StackOverflow, GitHub, Boolean, X-ray Search and networking events
  • Deeply knowledgeable about the tech talent market and industry landscape trends
  • Experience with sourcing, engaging, and activating passive candidates
  • Proven ability working with different tech roles: Development, QA, IT and Product
  • Detail-oriented, action/goal-oriented, effective multi-tasker with a high sense of urgency
  • Must be flexible and have the ability to work independently
  • Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Willing to work in Pune, India and perform within a hybrid work model
