About the Team: The Talent Acquisition team of Frost & Sullivan comprises of highly skilled and experienced individuals with diverse background, passionately responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. This team works closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates. In addition to recruitment, the team is also responsible for developing employer branding strategies, talent pipelining, building relationships with universities and other sources of talent, managing the applicant tracking system, and ensuring compliance with hiring laws and regulations. Overall, the goal of a talent acquisition team is to ensure that the organization has the right people in the right roles to drive success and achieve its goals. Overview: Frost & Sullivan, a global growth pipeline company, has an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Manager to be based in our Chennai location. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and individually driven professional with the ability to cultivate high performance with the existing talent recruitment team and also effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates. The incumbent will lead strategic recruitment initiatives throughout the organization for both technical and non-technical hires, as well as assist with proactively sourcing and screening top talent for open positions across Frost & Sullivan where needed. Direct all recruitment efforts and processes intended to implement strategic recruitment procedures and improve upon recruitment processes
Collaborate with leaders and hiring managers to determine hiring needs, position specifications, and work requirements
Lead effective sourcing strategies and campaigns to increase Frost & Sullivan brand recognition as an employer of choice and attract quality candidates into our pipeline.
Serve as a partner to hiring managers, educating and coaching through recruitment strategy and best practices in hiring
Establish and improve upon existing hiring metrics and KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
Establish and maintain relationships with key strategic partners such as our recruitment vendors, employment agencies and external recruiters, professional associations, job boards, etc.
Responsible for negotiation and closing offers for key roles, in consultation with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
A degree holder with 5-8 years of recruiting experience in a corporate environment with a focus on services
MUST be experienced in both technical & non-technical recruitment
Proven proactive sourcing experienced of various seniority level
Extensive knowledge of HR policy, procedure, federal and state laws regarding employment practices
Proficient in using applicant tracking software, HRIS systems, electronic job boards, etc.
Ability to professionally and diplomatically communicate with all levels of management and applicants
Strong negotiation skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
