Key Responsibilities: Strategize and execute talent acquisition plans, including direct headhunting and analyzing competitor talent pools. Oversee recruitment lifecycle, emphasizing efficient sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with department heads to clearly define roles and expectations, utilizing insights from competitor mapping for effective positioning. Enhance recruitment processes and employer branding, employing innovative sourcing and competitive intelligence tactics. Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to refine strategies and maintain competitive edge in talent acquisition. Qualifications: Master\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven talent acquisition experience with expertise in headhunting and competitor analysis. Strong communication skills and proficiency in ATS, social media, and professional networks for recruitment. Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data and trends to improve recruitment outcomes. Experience : 5 - 8 years
