Key Responsibilities: Strategize and execute talent acquisition plans, including direct headhunting and analyzing competitor talent pools. Oversee recruitment lifecycle, emphasizing efficient sourcing, engaging passive candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Collaborate with department heads to clearly define roles and expectations, utilizing insights from competitor mapping for effective positioning. Enhance recruitment processes and employer branding, employing innovative sourcing and competitive intelligence tactics.
