Job Description

: The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, selecting and hiring top talent for an organization. This role involves creating and implementing strategies to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish. The Talent Acquisition Manager will understand hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment and selection. Key responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, interviewing and hiring
• Managing the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection
• Developing and maintaining relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners
• Ensuring that the recruitment process is compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Analyzing recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
• Developing and maintaining a strong employer brand to attract top talent
• Collaborating with various teams to develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies for new hires
• Helping in development of great work culture, identifying and hiring talents those are culture-fit.

Qualifications:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in HR or related field
• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
