Talent Acquisition Manager We are currently seeking a motivated, technologysavvy recruiting professional to work closely with our Hiring Managers toproactively secure the best talent for our hiring plans for India. Reporting to the Regional Head of TalentAcquisition, you will work alongside a global team of TA Partners and TASourcing Specialists. How You\xe2\x80\x99ll Make an Impact

• As a trusted partner ofhiring managers, you will determine staffing needs and will develop and executerecruiting plans.
• Responsible forend-to-end Talent Acquisition.
• Build a strong networkthrough industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media,and employees.
• You will develop andtrack measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring process so that theprocesses are transparent and measurable and set continuous improvement goals.
• You maintain relationswith both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• You stay current on thecompany\xe2\x80\x99s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state lawsregarding employment practices
• Manage development and deliveryof Talent Acquisition initiatives.
• Regularly monitor and review theeffectiveness of Talent Acquisition processes.
• Responsible for being an active member of theGlobal TA community, sharing knowledge and best practice to support theassigned region.
• Apply multiple creative techniques toproactively identify, source and secure talents through appropriate channelsincluding our ATS, LinkedIn, employee referrals, etc
• Promote inclusion at Siemens Energy by ensuringdiverse candidate pools for all positions
• Have a keen understanding of business needs and anticipatedgrowth.

What You Bring

• You have minimum 8 yearsof experience Talent Acquisition in Human Resources function
• Experienced in sourcing and networking withcandidates via multiple social media and channels such as LinkedIn, etc.
• Analytical skills with the ability to presentmarket insights that drive and influence decision making
• Customer orientated in managing and exceedingexpectations
• A strong work ethic - Sets high standards andworks diligently and quickly
• Curious - Has a genuine eagerness to understand,learn and try new things
• Self-motivated - Sees the big picture with adesire to achieve goals and win. Takes initiative and loves the hunt
• Relevant local legislation andregulatory knowledge
