Manages a team to identify, recruit, select and place qualified candidates for early talent (including graduates and interns) positions in all functions for multiple business units in India country wide. Develops and implements early talent recruitment programs. Works closely with the TA Leadership to ensure compliance and adoption of leading practices. Promotes Caterpillar employment brand across early talent communities.

Responsibilities Directing, motivating and developing team, maximizing individual contributions and supporting professional growth. Managing early talent recruitment programs; implementing improvements to recruitment processes, including sourcing and selection. Developing recruitment best practices that support the organization\'s goals and direction on early talent attraction in India. Working with management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future early talent needs in India; evaluating and providing advice on these needs. Promoting Caterpillar\xe2\x80\x99s employment brand across targeted institutes, various community events, and social medias with a focus on early talent attraction in India. What Skills You Need: Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting, embracing, and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there. Staffing and Recruiting: Knowledge of standards, processes, techniques, and methods used in staffing and recruiting; ability to identify, select, and engage qualified personnel, for a wide range of positions. Makes the best use of recruiting system, techniques, and methods (eg. Workday and Beamery).

Process Management: Knowledge of business process improvement tools and techniques; ability to understand, monitor, update, control, or enhance existing business or work processes. Employs process flows, cycle time, process time, and waste concepts as appropriate.

Influencing: Knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. Leads and presents collaborative assessments that persuasively influence decision-makers.

Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, universities, hiring managers, and other working partners. Maintains productive, long-term relationships with universities, hiring managers, or vendors.

Education: Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or equivalent experiences What Makes You Standout: Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equitant experiences
Knowledge of recruitment practices, processes and executing high volume recruitment strategies Understanding of leading early talent and diversity hiring projects/initiatives
Direct practice actively managing candidate pipelines using candidate relation management system (CRM) Interacting and presenting to senior business & HR leadership. Ability to comprehend and contribute to business discussions as it relates to talent acquisition across a defined business division or functional area. Knowledge of supporting technology organizations Required travel up to 25% especially during peak recruiting seasons for campus events Relocation is available for this position.
