  • Understand the requirements for various positions across different domains.
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
  • Submission of best suitable candidates to the hiring manager
  • Flair for talking to the candidates and find the best suitable candidates
  • Conductingtelephonic/ walk-in/ video interviews.
  • Gather new job requirements from hiring manager and department heads.
  • Closing positions,based on the priority and within the given timeframe.
  • Document verification and offer negotiation.
  • Offer release and completing the relevant paperwork.
  • Keeping track of all applicants and inform them about the status of the interview.
  • Employee engagement activities
  • Daily reporting on saving, uploading and maintaining the database of yours and team candidates in the CRM.
  • Managing and executing the bulk hiring drives.
  • Prepare the MIS reports on weekly and monthly recruitment action.
  • Strive to achieve the target within the stipulated time period
  • Co-ordination and follow-up of yours and teams selected candidatestill they join the organization is required.
  • Forecasting recruitment budgets.
  • Stakeholder Management & Team Player
  • Willing to work from Bangalore,JP Nagar office from day one.
  • Ready to work on alternate Saturdays
Required Skills
  • Experience in handling of both IT and Non-ITskills.
  • Experience in end-to-endrecruitment is mandatory.
  • Experience in advance keyword search, job posting, mass mailing in various job portals is mandatory.
  • Good interpersonal and decision-making skills
  • Expertise in sourcing, screeningand onboarding candidates with skillsetssuch asWeb Developers, SEO analyst, Social Media Marketers, Business Analyst, Content Writers, Web Server Administrators, IT Admins, Graphic Designers, BDE for international voice process, Account Managers, BDMetc..for both IT & Non-IT requirements.
  • Hands on experience in Microsoft office(Word, Excel and Power point) is mandatory.
  • Good at leaderships skills.
  • Expertise in handling a team of 5 \xe2\x80\x9310 recruiters.
  • Workas an IC roleand Monitor, Measure and Deliver results of your team
  • Should have a sound knowledge of various portals
  • Performing background and reference checks.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 9600,000.00 - 91,000,000.00 per year Benefits:
