About the role : This role will require bulk hiring of feet on street/field sales executives using various channels such as vendors, referrals, recruiters, and job postings for South Region. Expectations/ Requirements: 1. Experience in hiring gig force - about 1000 + executives every month and is able to churn that number. 2. Manage various source mix and TAT 3. Good control of the Cost of hiring\'s for assigned business. 4. Handling Pan India hiring for entry level employees. 5. Monitor and hiring off - roll employees for the assigned business. 6. Handle multiple vendor for hiring requirements and monitor end to end management. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role: 1. Minimum 6-10 years of experience in managing bulk hiring, manpower planning, and budgeting. 2. Ability to manage a large team, prioritizes multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines. 3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and strong MS Word & Excel skills required. Education: Must be an MBA Graduate.
